This family-run hotel enjoys a central, sunny and quiet location Flachau, surrounded by the mountains and slopes of the Ski amadé region. Hotel Pongauerhof offers comfortable rooms with balcony, a cosy fireplace lounge, a sun terrace, a big spa area, and a well-equipped fitness room. For children a varied programme of activities with many games is offered. In winter the ski lifts, ski schools and the ski rental can be easily reached on foot or with the free shuttle bus. The bus stop is right outside the Pongauerhof. A cross-country ski run is only 200 metres behind the hotel. In summer a heated outdoor pool with a sunbathing lawn and a games area is available at Hotel Pongauerhof.

There is a children’s ski school and ski races for children. Sonnberg Ferienanlage features a 200 m² children’s playroom, which can be used around the clock. It offers many toys, a children’s cinema, a reading corner, a juice bar, a sleeping room for babies, and much more. There is also professional child and baby care. Spa facilities include a sauna, a steam bath, a solarium, and a relaxation room. A family ski area is 1.5 km away. It is free of charge for children up to 6 years of age. 200 metres above the centre of Flachau, these cosy and quiet holiday apartments for up to 6 people are in the immediate vicinity of the ski lift and the slope. All apartments offer unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains. For families with children Apartments Geistlinger offer a children’s playroom, many toys, and baby equipment. A sauna, an exercise bike, and a washing machine with dryer are also available. In summer there is a barbecue, deck chairs, a children’s pool, and a ping pong table in the garden. The newly renovated Tirolerhof features cosy rooms and suites with lots of wood in 3 buildings connected by an underground passageway. One of them features a panoramic indoor pool. Between the buildings there is a leisure area, a spa area, a village square with wine cellar and gallery, and a Feng Shui-style seminar room. There is also a big children’s area with a cinema for children, and a table tennis and fitness room. Hotel Tirolerhof also offers professional child care. A ski school, a practice run, a baby lift, and the Tauernloipe (cross-country ski run) are in the immediate vicinity. The chair lift also operates in summer.
