The Terminus Hotel was born out of the complete restructuring of an early 19th Century building with its composite liberty style and its calm and comfortable taste typical of a certain Lombard aristocracy. The careful renovation, which preserved the architectural characteristics of the historical building, was accompanied by absolutely radical reforms in the structures and services in order to provide guests with the highest level of comfort and safety.
The Grand Hotel di Como is a functional and elegant hotel, the most recognized hotel in the city of Como. The building’s modern construction and functional guest areas along with our great service make the Grand Hotel di Como a good destination for a vacation or business.
Magnificent liberty style structure of the 20’s, the Grand Hotel Imperiale, restored in 1995, is one of the most attractive structure of the Lake of Como. Notably noteworthy for its splendid lake view, its restaurant, l’Imperialino. Located just next to the landing stage of Moltrasio the Imperiale is an ideal departure point to visit Como and its lake.
Fascinating Palace dating back to the beginning of the century, Grand Hotel Tremezzo is one of the oldest hotels on the Lake Como and is situated close to the Golf Club Menaggio and Cadenabbia. The saloons with frescos and the rooms are furnished with vintage objects and furniture, which preserve the flavour and the glamour typical of the Belle Époque hotels.
The hotel, completely refurbished, is located in the heart of the city, 15 minutes walk from the lake and 400 metres from the pedestrian area in the historical centre.
The Hotel is located close to the Como Sud junction of the A9 Milan- Lugano Motorway: a strategic and particularly convenient location; ideal for a meeting, a conference, a company presentation. The splendid city of Como, with its famous and romantic lake, is just a few kilometres away; Milan and Lugano – and also Malpensa international airport – can be reached in half an hour by road via the motorway slip road a few hundred metres from the hotel entrance. The challenge, or rather the promise, is therefore to offer the public an organization that can provide the best possible answer, counting on a high level synergy of tourist and conference facilities, to the needs of a mature and demanding tourism.
Villa Flori Hotel, a short distance from Milan, appears in a beautiful panoramic position right on the shores of the first branch of Lake Como. The hotel, once a villa which was a bone of contention among many Lombard aristocrats, is immersed in a beautiful age-old park where the Marquis Flori, ancient owner of the villa, grew lemons and oranges thanks to the mild climate. It was converted into a hotel in 1958 and the complete renovation in 1992 resulted in the creation of a place where the charm of the Venetian stucco work and the meticulously restored frescoes go hand in hand with a cutting edge technical efficiency.
The charming landscape of the lake of Lecco, rich in echoes of Manzoni's novels, acts al a backdrop to a city which is today at the heart of a modern industrial area, but still able to maintain intact the charm f the past. The Jolly Hotel Pontevecchio, strategically located close to the main access roads into lecco, faces the famous Pontevecchio that leads to the heart of the city, with its pedestrian zones and prestigious shops.
