Built in the ' 600, has been restored in the ' 700 with paintings and frescoes of the famous perugian artists Giuli and Appiani, which still today decorate the walls and ceilings of many rooms. The splendid residence set in a centuries old romantic park of 22.000 sqm, is one of the most prestigious of the umbrian region. The two villas, "costanza" and "laura", have been completely restored and are connected by a glass panelled walk with scenicpark.

I would like to welcome you to take a look at our three properties: the Neo-Gothic castle, the villa ada and la macina dell'oscano. In the castle there are 11 suites/JR. Suites each of about 40-50 square metres, all of them furnished in a lovely antique style from the 17-18th centuries. Villa ada is situated only ten meters from the castle, this annex has 21 Four-Star category rooms of medium size.
